1. Do Not Cut Hang Tag: Please do not remove or cut the hang tag attached to the item. Items without the original hang tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Check In Front of Delivery Person: Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully in the presence of the delivery person. If there are any issues with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please notify the delivery person immediately.

 

We do not offer refunds after the parcel has been successfully delivered to you. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit within the specified timeframe.


4. Exchange Within 3 Days: If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the hang tag intact. Exchange requests made after the 3-day period will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. within the specified timeframe. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
