A 50% advance payment of the total bill, excluding delivery charges, is required to process your overseas item order. This advance payment secures your order and allows us to initiate the procurement process.

2. *Lead Time:*

The lead time for overseas item orders is approximately 10 to 15 active days. Please note that this lead time may vary depending on factors such as item availability, customs processing, and shipping logistics.

*Order Process:*

- *Quotation:* Upon receiving your order request, we will provide you with a quotation detailing the total cost, including the item price, taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable fees.

- *Advance Payment:* Once you approve the quotation, a 50% advance payment of the total bill, excluding delivery charges, is required to proceed with your order.

- *Order Processing:* We will initiate the procurement process and keep you updated on the status of your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will inform you of the remaining payment and shipping details.

- *Balance Payment:* The remaining 50% balance payment, along with any applicable delivery charges, must be made before the shipment of your order.
